The screen says "no signal", what can I do?

When there's no signal input, the screen will say "no signal" and go into RGB mode, please check if the signal source is connected correctly. If your PC delivers graphic with a discrete graphic card, connect this monitor to the graphic card.

The touch is not accurate, what can I do?

The touch is accurate only under 3 conditions. 1) In duplicate mode, the resolution is the same as the main display. 2)In duplicate mode, only display on this touch monitor. 3)In extended mode, make this touch monitor as the main display.
