If you see "No Signal" screen, please check and confirm all cables are connected correctly, unplug and re-plug the HDMI cable, or try a new HDMI cable.

The touch function doesn’t work.

You must connect the device in use to the Touch USB port of this monitor(marked 5V+touch, the 5V In port supports power in only), also, make sure the HDMI cable is connected correctly.

The touch doesn’t work with MAC OS or IOS.

The screen is black after connection or goes black during use.

The power source should be 5V1A or above(USB 3.0 or above), insufficient power supply may cause screen blinking out and resetting itself. To fix the issue, please connect to an external power source. DC10-20W is recommended.
