It depends on the output capabilities of the TV. The TV must have a 3.5mm output. Usually these are headphone outputs.

Yes, as long as the device has a 3.5mm audio output.

Can I plug this directly into my game controller?

Although some game controllers do have 3.5mm audio output, plugging the green source plug into the controller can damage the source plug. If using the speakers this way it is recommended to use an AUX cable and the Aux port on the control pod.

Do I need to install drivers for this?

Our speaker systems use the generic drivers provided by your computer manufacturer.
