1. Connect the KVM switch and computers by HDMI cables, and USB 3.0 cables that come with the KVM switch;
2. Connect the KVM switch and monitors by HDMI cables;
3. Plug the keyboard into the keyboard slot, plug the mouse into the mouse slot of the KVM switch;
4. Plug the wired remote push-button switch/headset/speaker/other USB device into the KVM switch if needed.

Tips:
1. If your devices without 4 HDMI interfaces, please purchase 8K adapters with chip. The quality of adapter will affect the function of the KVM switch;
2. If your devices with a docking station and you meet display issue, we suggest you use another docking station to have a try. The quality of docking station will affect the function of the KVM switch.
3. If you want to use 4 monitors, you should confirm that computer with 4 video output. If one of your computers with 2 video outputs, and you connect this computer into USB 3.0, A, C port of PC 1 IN, that monitors of OUT A and OUT C have display(another two monitors won’t display).
4. If you want to get 8K60Hz or 4K144Hz resolution, your devices(include computers, docking station, adapter) all should support that resolution. The KVM switch is like a bridge for transferring computers' signals to monitors, it can't change your devices' resolution. For example, all of your computers and the monitor all support 4K144Hz, but one of your computers needs to use an adapter, and this adapter only supports 4K60Hz, then this computer only supports 4K60Hz but not 4K144Hz.

Questions & Answers
Question 1: In One of the computers/laptops only 2 or 3 monitors of 4 monitors have display.
Answer:
When connecting 4 computers to the KVM switch:
Step 1: Confirm whether that desktop with 4 video outputs;
Step 2: Check all cables whether tight plug into the KVM switch and that computer;
Step 3: Turn off the KVM switch and that computer, then turn on the KVM switch, at last turn on that computer;
Step 4: If you use adapters, please confirm the adapters with a chip. The quality of the adapter will affect the function of the KVM switch.
When connecting 3 computers and 1 laptop to the KVM switch, the laptop meets display issue:
Step 1: You should supply power for your laptop separately;
Step 2: Turn off the KVM switch, docking station of laptop, and the laptop, then turn on the KVM switch, turn on the laptop and its docking station;
Step 3: If you have another docking station, we suggest you use another docking station to have a try. The quality of the docking station will affect the function of the KVM switch.
Question 2. How to reset the KVM switch? (You can reset the KVM switch when you meet USB disconnect or monitor issue)
Answer: Step 1. Turn off the KVM switch and all of your computers/laptops, then unplug all the cables;
Step 2. Plug the DC5V 2A power adapter into the KVM switch and AC socket, and turn on the KVM switch (There is an o/f button on the back);
Step 3. Plug the keyboard into the keyboard slot of the KVM switch;
Step 4. Click right [CTRL] on the keyboard 2 times, then click [ESC] 3 times, at last click [ENTER]. (The whole operation time should not be over 2s after you hear a beep sound, that shows operating successfully);
Step 5. Plug USB 3.0 cables, and HDMI cables into the KVM switch and computers, plug HDMI cables into the KVM switch and your monitors; plug the mouse into the mouse slot of the KVM switch; plug other USB device into the USB 3.0 Hub of the KVM switch if needed;
Step 6. Turn on your computers.
Question 3: How to turn off the Beep sound? (Beep sound default turn on, you can turn it on or turn it off by the step)
Answer: You need to keep the HOTKEY ON/OFF key turned on(when it turns on, its LED light), plug the keyboard into the keyboard slot, and make this operate: click right [CTRL] on the keyboard 2 times, then click [B], at last click [ENTER]. (Whole time should not be over 2s, that shows operated successfully when you hear a beep sound.)
