Is MacBook M1/2/3/4 chips compatible with this monitor?

Due to the limitations of M1/M2/M3/M4 chips, only two external displays are supported when the lid is closed. Please don't worry, our USB to HDMI converter may be helpful. Just come and message us to get it!

Why does the display show no signal when I use the USB-C cable?

The display will show No Signal and the light on the back of the display will be red if your laptop's USB-C port isn't fully functional. Our USB to HDMI converter is designed to solve the issue. Please message us.

Why does the display show no power when I use the USB-A and HDMI cables?

1. Connect the USB-A cable first and then the HDMI cable (USB-C with DP port). Don't reverse the order.

2. The connection will fail if your USB-A port doesn't have power. Try switching to a different USB-A port.

I can't connect both monitors on my Dell laptop.

Due to Dell system limitations, a display adapter is required for some Dell laptops. Please try to use the USB to HDMI converter or consider a Dell docking station.
