What charging speed does this USB hub support?

The USB-C PD port supports up to 85W for charging the connected laptop and 15W for powering the hub. A 100W Power Delivery charger and cable are required to support 85W charging. (USB charging cable and charger Not Included).

Can the 10Gbps USB-C 3.2 port on the hub be used for charging/video transfer?

It's NOT suggested to use the USB 3.2 ports for charging which are mainly intended for data transmission, and do NOT suport video transmision.

Data transfer not reaching expected 10Gbps speed?

1. The M.2 bay is compatible with NVMe & SATA protocols, but due to the speed limitation of the M.2 SATA hard disk itself, the maximum file transfer speed is 6Gbps.

2. Please make sure your USB-C host device and USB peripherals support 10Gbps speed.

The SSD is not recognized by the computer?

1.Make sure the SSD is installed correctly.

2.If the SSD is brand new and unused, it needs to be formatted according to the instructions before it can be used normally.
