If your SSD is brand new and unused, and you need to format it according to the instructions before the computer can recognize it.
Why is my device connection unstable?
The device requires power to operate. We recommend connecting the PD IN port to a 100W power supply during use.
Why won't my laptop charge via the device?
Please make sure the type-c port of your laptop support charging.Not all type-c port of the laptop support charging.
Data transfer not reaching expected 10Gbps speed?
1. The M.2 bay is compatible with NVMe & SATA protocols, but due to the speed limitation of the M.2 SATA hard disk itself, the maximum file transfer speed is 6Gbps.
2. Please make sure your USB-C host device and USB peripherals support 10Gbps speed.
Why my monitors are not detected by the system?
Please make sure the type-c port of your pc support video output.Or the docking could not work as expected.(Note:The thunderbolt 3/4 port should support video output,if you are not sure,pls be be free to ask us)
