How to ensure charging in phone stand mode?

Place phone vertically only. Horizontal placement won't charge. Remove cases thicker than 5mm for best results.

Why is charging slower than expected?

For fast charging, please use 18W (or higher) PD adapter. Remove thick/metal cases. Lower power adapters will cause slow charging.

Why did charging stop after some time?

1. Usually caused by low-power adapter, please switch to 18W (or higher) PD adapter. 2. Keep the back of your phone against the stand's backrest for uninterrupted charging.

Does charging speed change with two devices?

Yes. Power is shared when charging both devices. Phone will charge slower when charging AirPods simultaneously.
